Dermatology

Dermatology studies the skin and, more generally, the cutaneous system, which also includes hair, body hair, nails, and sweat glands. A dermatological examination assesses the health of the skin and any associated symptoms and may be requested as a preventive measure or following the appearance of noticeable skin conditions. It is also possible to request moles mapping, an examination designed to document the presence of pigmented lesions throughout the body using a dermatoscope. The consultations conducted at our center are aimed at treating conditions affecting both adults and children, providing early diagnosis of any skin conditions and/or neoplasms, as well as through the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.
